sign up for additional postcards to send for the Global Read Aloud
Postcard Exchange (an additional name for Cupertino Middle School as
well as one for Switzerland have been added to the lists — we need to
make sure at least one person sends a card to each school so please sign
up for ones that has a blank under the "Name" column)

return the 6th Grade WEB Social permission slip to your 1st period
teacher ASAP; you need to return the paper whether you are going or not
(if you plan to go, you must be able to stay for the whole time from
3-4:30 p.m.)
Science
- finish Puzzling Scenarios (make sure to answer Questions #1-6 in terms of density)
- Density Calculations Practice due next Tues. 10/29
- Skill/Practice Sheet 5.1A: Density due next Tues. 10/29 (show the math work on a separate sheet of paper)
Language Arts
- Newsela article due next Mon. 10/28: YouTube creators use platform to show what life is like with disabilities (make
sure you read the directions to take the quiz at the right lexile level to get credit for the
assignment)
