  • difference of summer and winter temperatures of an inland city vs. a city near the ocean (think Minneapolis vs. Portland)
  • reasons for why deserts are formed (atmospheric pressure) as well as the difference between a rainshadow desert and a fog desert
  • benefits of a rainforest
  • tundra as a "carbon-sink" for carbon dioxide
  • relative humidity
